North let her name sink into his brain for a moment so he would have less of a chance of forgetting it. He then turned toward where Mia was. He grinned back at her. "I think we shall." He caught up with her in only a few steps, then started to walk out over to the sound. He heard a stream nearby now, and voices that were rather loud.
He walked only a little more to find two does talking by the stream, one much older than the other. He heaved a sigh, then walked slowly and calmly out into the clearing the two were in, expecting Mia was still beside him. Again, he was a giant compared to the two doe. He nodded his head in greeting at both, and waited for the usual reaction that followed his entry. Gawking at his size and unusual coloring and markings, after he spoke, shock at his different voice, an eyebrow raised at his strange tribal name, and sometimes more followed. He smiled at the two doe, not knowing if either of them were the lead deer. "Hello, I hope we are not interrupting anything, But I was wondering if either of you happen to be the lead deer of a new herd I heard of? I am Star of the Northern Heavens, or North I prefer. The doe beside me is Eldimia, but is okay with the nicknames El or Mia. If either of you are lead deer, her and I would like to join your herd." North said confidently but politely. Another strong gust of warm wind hit him, sending the chime bells on his antlers singing again.

Eldimia walked calming next to North's huge frame, she felt safe. As they walked she could pick up the sounds of a stream and two deer talking, she began a bit nervous but fought threw it and walked bravely forward. She noticed the two does and looked at them with curiosity, one was older than the other but the older one held less authority than the younger. Eldimia guessed that she was older than the young one, but not by much perhaps a year or so, but the aged one was significantly older than her. Mia glanced to her side at north and smiled as he introduced both herself and him, how nice of him. She looked back to the two doe's and continued smiling.

Igne noticed Myrlu acting casual too and grinned. She may not be the most refined, but she could make a good leader."An easy life is hard to get. It takes a strong herd, and an even stronger leader." Igne peeked out of the corner of her eyes again and caught sight of a large figure. " Is it all right if I follow you? To see how strong you are? A temporary allegiance in case of danger?" She questioned, as her head swung around to greet the beast. She winked to Myrlu, hoping she would catch her hint, that if this great stag meant trouble they'd work to take him down. She became disappointed when she found out this new figure, North, wanted to ally with them. A pity, it would have been fun to fight him. He may be huge, but I bet he can't manoeuvre that well. Also, if we had to fight him, it would be a simple matter of leading him out to the thicker parts and ambushing him as he lumbered around with those things on his horns making noise.Since North had requested the leader, Igne bowed and took a few steps back so that it was made obvious that Myrlu was in charge. Her eyes moved from North and his strange markings to Eldimia and her submissive movements. She measured them up, spending most of her time observing the larger of the two. ((I guess now we wait for Larkpaw to come back When you see this Lark, welcome back!))

((Thank you. Sorry about being gone for a week, I know it gets annoying ^^ ) Myrlu nodded at the doe, "Of course you may follow me, there is some good strength in larger numbers," and then turned to face the two newcomers. She checked them over swiftly, analyzing what their strengths and weaknesses were, and what danger they could pose. North could definately pose a threat with his huge antlers, but in a herd she needed deer who could fight well with them. He could be a good candidate for the Elites. Eldimia was older than she was, but looked small compared to North and his huge frame. Then she spoke. "I am the leader you speak of," and she dipped her head towards both of them. "I will accept you if you are willing to join. The herd's name is Sun Mist, and the clearing a little ways back-" she turned her head in the direction of the clearing "-will be the herd's home. This stream is where we will drink. Though younger than all three of you, I am hoping that if you join the Sun Mist herd, you will accept me as your leader." Myrlu, having said her piece for now, blinked slowly, and then awaited their response.

North nodded, a smile on his face. "Age doesn't matter so much. You don't have to be old to know how to lead. Thank for your hospitality and for accepting us into your herd. We hope to make you proud."
North dipped his head, then lied down among the grass below him. He hoped to socialize a little with the rest of his new herd and Eldimia some more. He waited patiently though, allowing Myrlu to finish what she was doing before they had come. Another strong gust of wind danced through his icy chime bells, creating the natural melody once again.

Igne grinned. "All right, the little master! Don't worry, if you're ever incapable I'm sure the big guy could take care of you. Isn't that right Northy?" She tilted her head in a childish way and trotted to his side. The doe dropped down, making sure to be far enough away so that his massive horns wouldn't hit her if he turned suddenly.
"And don't worry," Igne said, still grinning," If you're ever incapable, I'll be sure to take over." She dropped her head. "Hopefully that time won't have to come though. What's a big strong guy like you doing here anyway?"
Igne nibbled playfully at the grass, trying to appear like she didn't care while her ears listened attentively. Hmm, should I even ask about his antlers? I guess I should at least make friends with him, we might have to end up running things if she can't handle it all. I've got high hopes for her though. Well, at least I won't step in unless it's absolutely necessary.

North couldn't help but laugh a bit at the doe's nickname for him. Northy, that was a new one. He would most likely be labelled with that name to her. He didn't mind though. At least it wasn't anything cruel.
He kept a smile on his face, even though he began to remember why he had come here in the first place. "I came from the far north, in the mountain and ice regions. Most likely you have never seen it, but that's fine. I lived in the now extinct Song of the North Tribe, which consisted of my kind of deer only. Wolves started to adapt to the cold regions, and they slowly moved their way up to our land. They began picking my herd off, little by little. Eventually there were only a few of us left and our leader had been made a meal. Everyone but myself got confused, and the others began to panic. They fought with each other out of fear and lust of power, and killed each other off. I was the only left, and I believe I am the last of my kind as well. I moved to the warmer regions in search of a new herd, and here I am." North finished, still a casual and slightly cheerful expression on his face even though the story was quite tragic.

"Ah yes, power does corrupt, doesn't it? Well then Northy, let us hope that the little master does well enough so that we don't have to take that power."
Igne lowered her head to the ground and closed her eyes. Well, big ol' Northy and I are similar enough, hopefully that won't cause conflict. I'll have to be careful though. Since he's the strongest one here, we'll come to rely on him. Hopefully it won't go to his head.
Igne opened her eyes and gazed at the foliage ahead of her. A sigh escaped her mouth as she waited to be told what to do.

Little master...? Myrlu thought. I feel like a fawn again. I guess I'll just have to get used to it. She had finished drinking, so she too sat upon the ground, in a casual manner. Myrlu then realized that she probably would have to tell them to do something, or lead in some sort of social activity. Then, by way of answering to Kuhi, she nodded her head and replied, "Well... I will do my best and give my all."
She had to admit she was a little uneasy at the huge stag sitting across from her. A smile on his face when he talked about such destruction; that could lead to something sinister on his part. Perhaps it is just better to smile in the face of death, because sometime every creature will have to die.
"Well, for now, we may all just socialize. Tomorrow I will tell you about the laws and the rankings." she said, happily.

Eldimia stood near the stream taking in the sights and sounds of the bubbling water, she had always been amused by streams and creeks though she had no idea what for. Her eyes were off to the Stream but her ears were facing in the direction of North, Igne. and Myrlu. Mia had taken a likening to North, he was a good stag to have around and she would like to get to know him more, he seemed like a good friend type. Mia did have her doubts about Igne, she didn’t scream happy doe but Mia would still like to get closer to her, just to see if she was right or wrong about her, Mia did like Myrlu though. She seemed like someone that Eldmia would want to lead a herd, and she was ready to get closer to her. Eldmia peered into the stream and stared at her reflection, she did look different with her purple pelt and strange markings but as she remembered back to North and his own markings she felt confident with hers. She lapped up a few sips of the water and turned her head back towards the others before she turned the rest of her body. She walked forward a bit and listens as Myrlu announced what is to happen today and then for the next day, Mia smiled and walked over to her “Thank you for accepting me into the herd, I will be honored to serve under you” she bowed her head to the younger doe, Mia’s small antlers coming close to the doe’s face but not close enough to hurt her.
